Good morning beloved child of God.
Worry only drains your time and energy, it never changes the outcome. But faith does. When doubt whispers, “Nothing good is ahead, this situation will not change, your loved one will never turn around,” recognize it for what it is, the voice of the enemy, like a roaring lion seeking to deceive, manipulate, and limit you. But you have a choice: will you feed it, or will you starve it?
1 Peter 5: 8 says, “Be sober, be
vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” Every time you dwell on fear, you give it strength. You nourish discouragement, anxiety, and hopelessness. But the moment you refuse to entertain those thoughts, they begin to lose their grip. Starve the lies. Starve the fear. Starve the doubt. Instead, take that same energy and feed your faith. Feed hope. Feed courage. Feed confidence. Fill your heart and mind with what God says about you and your future. Stand firm, knowing that as you resist him and stand on God’s Word, his power over you is broken.
Today, walk in the fullness of God’s goodness, overflowing with favour, breakthrough, and supernatural manifestation, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Saviour. Have a vigilant Thursday in Christ Jesus.
